We work tirelessly to improve the lives of our team members and look to captivate the world through the spirit of Mexican culture!Job Summary:Performs and oversees the company's accounting functions: treasury, tax compliance, accounting records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit attendance, in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Accounting transactions records to ensure a closing according to the company group deadlines.Accounts receivable revenue accounting, deposits applications, aging report.Accounts payable: expense and inventory accounting, payment applications, aging report.Control and manage Travel & Entertainment Expenses accountingTreasury functions (vendor payments, customer deposit aplications, bank reconciliations)Attention to internal and external Audit Requirements co-working close to audit team in Mexico.Paperwork and documentary organizationSupport Accounting Manager on financial and group report Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in Accounting & Tax, Import/export & logistic Retail Industry.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and engage effectivelyWillingness and ability to travel, including a valid driver's licenseAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external teamsStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAdvance English and SpanishExperience working with SAP.
