En IDP seguimos creciendo! Y por ello necesitamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Proyectos con conocimientos BIM para ampliar nuestro equipo actual.¿Te gustan los retos? ¡Si es así, te estamos buscando! ¿Quiénes somos? El Grupo IDP (IDP, Indutec, Ecointegral, IDP Data Center, Ibertel) es el primer grupo de servicios de ingeniería especialista BIM en España, con presencia en mercados internacionales, y con sólidas capacidades y credenciales en verticales de actividad clave para el sector privado (industria, logística, retail, energía, data center, medioambiente e infraestructuras), y aportando valor diferencial e innovador en todo el ciclo de vida de sus activos, desde la fase de diseño hasta la O&M de este aplicando gemelos digitales.Funciones más destacadas del puesto: Realización proyectos de edificación en general, logística y Data Center Gestión de proyectos básicos y ejecutivos no residenciales.Diseño y cálculo de las disciplinas de arquitectura.Realización de mediciones y presupuestos.Gestión de la aprobación de los proyectos ante los organismos oficiales.Realización de firma de proyectos y asumes de obra.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las fases del proyecto, especificaciones y calidad del mismo.Modelado BIM de la disciplina de arquitectura en base a necesidades.E xperiencia Requerida: Experiencia de al menos 3 años realizando proyectos similares.Requisitos: Experiencia probada en el desarrollo de proyectos en el área logística.Formación: Arquitectura, Ingeniería Técnica o similares.Valorable uso de AUTOCAD y softwares BIM.¿Qué ofrecemos?
