¡Estamos buscando un Product Manager Junior DMC/Circuitos para unirse a nuestro equipo!Exceliaes una firma multinacional de Consultoría, Tecnología y Servicios Profesionales con más de 25 años de experiencia. Prestamos servicios en más de 50 países de Europa, América Latina y EE. UU. desde nuestras 9 oficinas propias.Responsabilidades: Definir estrategias para la construcción y optimización de productos. Supervisar el desarrollo, ejecución y entrega de productos. Analizar la respuesta de los usuarios y mejorar continuamente la oferta. Investigar tendencias y oportunidades en el sector. Coordinar la percepción de la marca y producto entre los clientes. Priorizar funcionalidades para maximizar el ROI.Requisitos obligatorios:Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.Habilidades de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos.Excelentes competencias comunicativas y toma de decisiones.Conocimientos técnicos del sector y visión estratégica.Capacidad analítica, creativa y orientada a la mejora continua.Trabajo en equipo y empatía para entender las necesidades del cliente.Requisitos deseados:Nivel alto de inglés.Conocimiento del negocio turístico (DMC y circuitos).Experiencia en entornos Agile (Scrum, Kanban).Manejo de herramientas como Azure DevOps, JIRA, Instana o Grafana.Background tecnológico y facilidad para el uso de herramientas de datos.Modalidad 100% remota¿Qué ofrecemos?Contratación estable para que sigas creciendo con nosotros.Salario acorde a tu experiencia y trayectoria profesional.Retribución flexible con nuestra tarjeta COBEE (seguro médico, tickets comida, etc.).Formación continua para potenciar tu desarrollo profesional.
