En Etnia Barcelona necesitamos incorporarBRAND AMBASSADORSque compartan nuestra pasión por las gafas y el cuidado al cliente para ofrecer una experiencia de compra personalizada y única en nuestra nueva tienda ubicada en el Born.En dependencia del Store Manager y Store Coordinator te responsabilizarás de proporcionar la mejor experiencia de compra personalizada al cliente, compartiendo nuestra historia de marca, nuestros valores, asesorando al cliente sobre colecciones, modelos, formas y colores de nuestras gafas.Tu posición será clave para crear una experiencia de compra única e irrepetible.Funciones principales:Atención personalizada y tareas de fidelización y asesoría de imagen al cliente (identificando qué montura se adapta mejor a su estilo, persona, rostro, qué colores le favorecen más, despertar curiosidad sobre nuestras colecciones, asesorar según tendencias/moda, personalización de monturas y lentes, etc).Apoyo en las funciones de organización de la tienda, orden de los productos y reposición de los mismos.Soporte en tareas de Visual Merchandising, cuidado de los detalles para mantener el ambiente único de la tienda.Participación y apoyo en la preparación de los eventos y actos (celebrities, prensa...) que se realicen.Control de inventarios, reposición y gestión de pedidos a central.Asegurar el cumplimiento de tus objetivos individuales.Gestión de la operativa y cierre de caja.Apoyo en los briefings de detección de necesidades de producto con el equipo de diseño.Requisitos:Experiencia mínima de 2 años en venta retail o sector óptico.Buena comunicación, trabajo en equipo, buena organización y planificación, atención al detalle, proactividad e iniciativa.Persona orientada al cliente y a producto.Pasión por la moda.Disponibilidad horaria.Castellano, catalán e inglés.
