IT Manager (Cliente Final Educación)Ubicación: Madrid, Madrid, ESPerfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer): Dirigir y coordinar todas las actividades de IT para cumplir con los objetivos de la organización. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de IT para aumentar la eficiencia operativa. Supervisar los sistemas de información y las comunicaciones de la empresa. Liderar la implementación e integración de aplicaciones clave para negocio con especial hincapié en CRM (Salesforce) asegurando su alineación con las necesidades y objetivos institucionales. Asegurar la seguridad de la información y la integridad de los datos con parte del día a día dedicado a Ciberseguridad y Privacidad de Datos. Coordinar proyectos de IT y gestionar el equipo de tecnología con recursos internos y externos de perfiles técnicos proveedores de servicios e integradores de software. Implementar y mantener políticas y procedimientos de IT. Manejar el presupuesto del departamento de IT. Proporcionar soporte técnico y formación a los empleados.Requisitos:Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campo relacionado.Experiencia previa en un puesto de gestión de IT durante un mínimo de 5 años, idealmente en el sector educativo o de servicios.Conocimientos de las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en IT.Experiencia implementando un CRM en una compañía (idealmente Salesforce).Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de proyectos.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Inglés alto hablado y escrito.Nuestro cliente es una organización de tamaño mediano en el sector educativo a nivel internacional.
