Here are some of the things you will do in this role:Provide first-class Customer Service by responding to Customer inquiries and concerns through multiple channels (calls, chat, mobile messaging).Build meaningful relationships with our Customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing resolution on the first contact and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer and American Express.Enhance the experience of our Card Members by identifying opportunities to offer additional products based on their needs.Meet and exceed quality standards, compliance regulations, and productivity goals.Navigate computerized systems and applications to provide service to our Customers and enable them to get the most from our online and mobile platforms.Document necessary information, such as payment details, Customer information changes, address changes, and travel notifications.Assign new priorities and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.Minimum Qualifications:Required Skills:Excellent command of Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a business context.Demonstrate personal excellence through a positive approach to difficult situations.Show passion for servicing by providing exceptional service at every interaction with our Customers.Resilience and ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment, using multiple systems and digital tools to serve our customers.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Assertiveness to manage difficult conversations.Excellent negotiation, influencing, and initiative skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with colleagues across the company.Critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures.Ability to work in a virtual environment.Required Qualifications:High school diploma / university degree.Thorough knowledge of the English language.Knowledge of other European languages will be considered a plus.Flexibility on the workplace: Full time.
