We are a top leader in this specific BPO segment working with iconic brands.We are not there for the status quo, and therefore we work hard to shape the future of B2B sales, gathering the best people and the best technology, including Gen AI for Sales.What you will do in this role:Build solid relationships with clients, prospects, and partners in the region with companies across several verticals willing to scale worldwide.Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities, build priority targets list and pursuit plans.Manage requests for proposals (RFPs), processes (including documents preparation) and negotiations to close deals.Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs, competition screening.Support the co-construction of new offers and disruptive commercial models.Attend industry events and represent Concentrix in relevant webinars, partner events, professional local organizations, etc.Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities, contacts, etc.Your qualifications:We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
