¿Buscas un proyecto estable en el sector cárnico? ¡Esta es tu oportunidad!En Adecco Selección estamos buscando un/a responsable de sala de despiece para incorporarse al equipo de nuestro cliente, referente en el sector cárnico, y gestionar las operaciones diarias de la sala, así como, liderar a los encargados de turno.La persona seleccionada será responsable de la organización y planificación de la producción, así como de la gestión de pedidos, stock y relaciones con clientes y proveedores. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en el sector cárnico o alimentario, capaz de liderar equipos y optimizar los procesos productivos.Responsabilidades:Organización y gestión de pedidos.Control del stock en cámaras y recepción de mercancías.Atención y trato directo con clientes y proveedores.Planificación de la producción diaria.Gestión y supervisión del equipo de la sala de despiece, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.Requisitos: - Experiencia previa en una posición similar en el sector cárnico o alimentario.- Experiencia en la gestión de equipos de trabajo.- Habilidad para tratar con diversos clientes y proveedores.- Capacidad de organización y planificación eficiente.- Conocimiento de los estándares de calidad y normativas del sector.Beneficios de la posición: - Incorporación a una empresa de referencia en el sector cárnico, con una sólida trayectoria.- Posición estable con contrato indefinido a jornada completa.- Ambiente de trabajo dinámico, con un equipo altamente cualificado.- Salario competitivo y negociable según experiencia y valía.Si te interesa un nuevo reto profesional, ¡esperamos tu candidatura!
