At Manpower, we're recruiting a Lead Process Engineer (H/M/X) to manage and enhance production processes, implement new technologies, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.Your main responsibilities will include:Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and sustainability.Design and implement continuous improvement strategies in production processes.Supervise and control the department's budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.Manage the implementation of new technologies in production processes.Analyze and manage key process indicators (KPIs).Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP, ISO, etc.).Collaborate closely with the Production, Quality, Safety, and Environmental departments.Solve technical issues in production processes and propose innovative improvements.Lead, motivate, and coordinate the technical team to achieve set objectives.Requirements:Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position in the chemical sector, with experience in continuous improvement processes.Knowledge:Good manufacturing practices (GMP) and regulatory standards (ISO, etc.).Knowledge of continuous improvement tools is a plus.Budget management and departmental resource allocation.Skills:Leadership and team management.Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.Experience in project management.English: Proficient at a professional level.What do we offer?A professional development plan and ongoing training.Competitive salary based on experience and social benefits.
