Desde mAbxience, compañía especializada en el desarrollo y fabricación de medicamentos biosimilares incorporamos un/a técnico de seguridad, salud y medioambiente para nuestra planta en León (España).Responsabilidad globalGestionar las actividades relacionadas con la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Medioambiente y Seguridad y Salud.Responsabilidades específicasCoordinación de actividades empresariales (CAE).Gestión de residuos y emisiones. Gestión de aguas residuales.Gestionar la Comunicación participación y consulta con los trabajadores.Identificación y evaluación de aspectos ambientales y riesgos para SST.Identificar y/o revisar las actividades ambientales y de SST que deben ser controladas y las características que deben ser medidas, supervisando periódicamente su cumplimiento.Gestionar no conformidades: Detectar observaciones ambientales o de SST, investigar causa raíz, proponer medidas correctivas y/o preventivas y realizar el seguimiento de estas.Identificación y actualización de requisitos legales ambiental o de SST aplicables y de otros requisitos que se establezcan, así como evaluar el grado de cumplimiento.Gestión de accidentes e incidentes ambientales y de SST.Gestión de equipos de protección individual.Emisión de Permisos de trabajos especiales.Realizar las pruebas de los planes de emergencia ambientales y de SST.Mantener las Fichas de Datos de Seguridad de productos químicos y fichas de agentes biológicos actualizadas a disposición de todos los trabajadores. Identificar los riesgos.Asesoramiento técnico en relación con las especificaciones de seguridad de los equipos y máquinas. Emitir y archivar las autorizaciones para el manejo de equipos con riesgos específicos.Velar por el cumplimiento de vigilancia de la salud de los trabajadores. Organización de reconocimientos médicos.Gestión documental: mantener actualizados los procedimientos del SGI y otros documentos exigidos por las normas ISO 14001 y 45001.Realizar tareas relacionadas con Garantía de Calidad.Establecer y velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Formación ambiental y de SST. Coordinar formaciones internas y externas. Impartir formaciones internas.Gestionar el Control de accesos.Gestionar el Control de plagas.Requisitos y habilidades personalesEstudios: Grado Universitario y Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (3 especialidades).Idiomas: Español e inglés fluidos. Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.Experiencia (años/áreas): +3 años de experiencia sobre la gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medioambiente.Conocimientos específicos: Leyes de la Salud, Seguridad y Medioambiente y regulaciones GMP.Viajes: Dispuesto/a a viajar ocasionalmente.Habilidades personales: Buenas capacidades para la gestión, impacto e influencia.Mabxience es una Empresa comprometida con la igualdad de oportunidades, por lo que todxs lxs candidatxs serán consideradxs sin distinción de raza, color, género, edad, orientación sexual, religión, origen, estado civil, ciudadanía o capacidad diferentes.
