This is a global role, working across our international offices and ecosystems to drive innovation and impact.In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in accelerating Tenity's growth by enhancing our ecosystem. By collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging growth hacking techniques, you will help scale our outreach efforts, strengthen relationships with startups, investors, and partners, and drive impactful results. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment and is passionate about experimenting with new ideas to fuel ecosystem growth.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEcosystem Growth Initiatives: Design and execute innovative strategies to expand and enrich Tenity's ecosystem, engaging startups, investors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders across various digital platforms.Community Engagement Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other channels to foster connections within our ecosystem, utilizing personalization and automation to maximize engagement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with country managers, vertical directors, and other internal teams to align growth strategies with the needs and interests of our diverse community.Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor engagement metrics, track the health of our ecosystem, and derive insights. Implement data-driven adjustments to strategies to enhance community interaction and value.Data Cleaning & Organization: Ensure data is well-structured, accurate, and up-to-date across tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Excel, Notion, presentations, website, etc.Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement automated workflows to streamline pre-sales, marketing, and post-sales processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual tasks.Content Creation: Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with different segments of our ecosystem, including startups, investors, and partners, to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.CRM & Tools Management: Efficiently use HubSpot, Airtable and other CRM systems to manage community interactions, automate communications, and maintain an organized database of ecosystem participants.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, measure campaign success, and share actionable insights with the team.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ecosystem development strategies, and emerging growth hacking techniques to keep Tenity at the forefront of innovation.Growth Experiments: Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to identify effective engagement strategies, documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement.Experimentation & Innovation: Continuously test new channels, tools, and approaches to engage our ecosystem. Share findings and best practices with the team to drive collective growth.Internal Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for digital community engagement and ecosystem development.Your ProfileExperience: At least 3 years of experience and proven track record in growth hacking, community management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the innovation, fintech, or startup sectors.Skills:Strong understanding of growth hacking methodologies and ecosystem development strategies.Proficiency in using LinkedIn, community platforms, email automation tools, and analytics platforms.Experience with A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.Advanced knowledge of data cleaning, structuring, and visualization.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable community engagement strategies.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Behavioral Science, Information Systems, Analytics or a related field.Characteristics:Creative thinker with an experimental approach, highly analytical, results-oriented, and a self-starter capable of working independently.Organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.Continuously curious, staying informed about the latest innovation trends to drive improvement and impact.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), marketing automation platforms, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present insights effectively.Eligibility: Eligible to work lawfully without visa sponsorship in the UK.Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
