Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Mejora Continua para incorporar en cliente final, multinacional líder en su sector, para liderar la implementación y desarrollo de estrategias clave en seguridad, medioambiente y optimización operativa.Responsabilidades principales:Seguridad, Medioambiente y Salud LaboralFomentar una cultura de seguridad proactiva, liderando con el ejemplo y asegurando la implementación de políticas de seguridad y salud en el entorno de trabajo.Coordinar y aprobar evaluaciones de riesgos y mediciones higiénicas, priorizando las contramedidas necesarias.Liderar la implantación de planes de autoprotección, garantizar el desarrollo del comité de seguridad y salud, y dar seguimiento a inspecciones reglamentarias y legalizaciones.Mantener actualizados los informes anuales de medioambiente y gestionar comunicaciones necesarias con las administraciones públicas.Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de gestión según estándares ISO 9001/14001.Coordinar actividades empresariales con proveedores y contratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas internas.Mejora ContinuaLiderar la implementación de la metodología Lean Manufacturing en la planta.Motivar y desarrollar equipos, promoviendo el aprendizaje y el uso adecuado de herramientas de mejora continua.Garantizar la sostenibilidad de las mejoras a través de auditorías, coaching y soporte técnico.Coordinar la formación del personal en metodologías Lean, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos organizacionales.Requisitos:Formación en Ingeniería Técnica o Superior.Máster Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, incluyendo las especialidades de seguridad, higiene, ergonomía y psicosociología.Más de 8 años de experiencia en entornos industriales, preferentemente en sectores de procesos.Experiencia implementando sistemas de mejora como Lean Manufacturing (mínimo 3 años).Valorable formación en Ciencias Ambientales.Nivel alto de inglés.Competencias clave:Liderazgo en seguridad y mejora continua.Capacidad para identificar riesgos, implementar contramedidas y desarrollar sistemas de gestión.Habilidades para influir y motivar equipos, promoviendo el cambio hacia la excelencia operativa.Orientación al análisis y resolución de problemas mediante metodologías estructuradas.Si cumples con el perfil y estás interesado/a en formar parte de este proyecto, envía tu candidatura.
