En Bizneo, una de las mayores HR Tech en Europa y LATAM, estamos en búsqueda de un Head of Sales / VP of Sales para liderar y escalar nuestro equipo comercial. Si tienes experiencia liderando y escalando equipos de ventas y quieres formar parte de una empresa con productazo, cultura startup pero que crece sólo con beneficios, sigue leyendo:Tus funciones:Liderar el equipo de ventas, asegurando su desarrollo y máximo rendimiento.Optimizar los procesos de ventas, para maximizar la conversión y gestión de la pipeline.Implementar y mejorar iniciativas de Sales Enablement para aumentar la efectividad del equipo.Crear planes de formación continua y desarrollo del equipo de Account Executives.Colaborar con Marketing, Customer Success y Producto para alinear la estrategia de ventas con la propuesta de valor de la empresa.Supervisar y mejorar el uso del CRM (Hubspot) y herramientas de ventas.Definir KPIs de desempeño y realizar un seguimiento detallado para garantizar la consecución de objetivos.Liderar la expansión comercial en nuevos mercados y segmentos estratégicos.Qué buscamos:10+ años de experiencia en ventas y 3+ liderando equipos B2B.Dominio de metodologías de ventas (SPIN, Solution Selling, Challenger, GAP, MEDDIC, etc.).Habilidad para desarrollar estrategias comerciales y gestionar forecast de ventas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo.Experiencia en la gestión de CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce) y herramientas de Sales Enablement.Puntos extra si:Has liderado equipos de ventas en SaaS / Software / IT / Startups.Tienes experiencia en internacionalización y expansión de mercados.Has trabajado en empresas del sector HR Tech o tienes conocimientos en Recursos Humanos.#J-18808-Ljbffr
