Our brand has been featured in such leading media as Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Allure, and many others.With a head office located in Barcelona, our team operates across Europe, the US, and China.About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Innovation Project Coordinator to help the Product Development Manager with the development and launch of Le Mini Macaron new products.. This position will support to manage all the new SKU’s projects from concept to pre-production stage and will liaise with all departments within our company (production, logistics, creative, marketing and accounts).Support the Strategy Innovation Manager to ensure timely project launches.Oversee the product development process from concept to production and delivery.Manage production schedules, supplier coordination, and sample inventory.Ensure regulatory compliance, including documentation, safety assessments, and legal labeling.Participate in weekly NPD meetings, providing project updates to teams and founders.Provide daily updates on all ongoing NPD projects.Develop presentations for marketing and accounts teams.Conduct pricing studies and competitor research to align pricing across markets.Coordinate with suppliers in China & EU for product samples, testing, and approvals.Manage product testing, including safety, efficacy, and consumer panel evaluations.Organize and communicate product samples for retailer meetings and photoshoots.Maintain key internal NPD documents (SKU library, packaging info, compliance lists).Our Ideal Candidate1-2 years similar working experienceFluent, professional English (additional language of French and Spanish is a plus)Strong ability to communicate clearly, especially with written communications (correct grammar and no typos)A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset is key.We are looking for someone very detailed, organized as well as a great communicator!Detailed, organized, and thoroughHard-working and self-motivatedProblem-solving, not being afraid to look for creative solutions, and positive attitude when faced with challengesA team player who enjoys being part of a young, dynamic, and fun international team!Enjoys learning and looking to grow, develop different skills and help to build an exciting high-growth company.Why Join Our Team?Le Mini Macaron is a fast-growing brand and we are looking for passionate, ambitious people who are hungry to learn and contribute to our growth.
