Nuestro compromiso es contratar a los mejores talentos independientemente de su raza, religión, sexo, edad y personas con otras capacidades, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional y personal.Buscamos un IT Security Project Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo que será responsable de liderar y coordinar diversas iniciativas de seguridad en el ámbito tecnológico, incluyendo la implementación de programas de seguridad a nivel grupal y la ejecución de planes de acción de remediación para auditorías. Su misión será garantizar que las actividades se ejecuten adecuadamente, asegurando la correcta planificación, seguimiento y comunicación de riesgos, mientras mantiene una gobernanza eficiente de los proyectos.Responsabilidades:Liderar la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de seguridad informática dentro del marco de iniciativas globales.Establecer y gestionar la gobernanza adecuada para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos, involucrando equipos multidisciplinarios.Identificar, analizar y comunicar los riesgos asociados a los proyectos, proponiendo medidas de mitigación y seguimiento.Definir los requisitos de seguridad para los proyectos y colaborar con expertos internos para su implementación.Formalizar los planes de proyectos (incluyendo lista de acciones, KPIs, hojas de ruta, riesgos, etc.).Gestionar y coordinar los diferentes comités relacionados con los proyectos, incluyendo la programación de reuniones, la creación de presentaciones, la animación de las sesiones y la elaboración de actas.Ser responsable de la entrega de los objetivos de seguridad a tiempo, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos.Requisitos:Más de 8 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos en seguridad informática.Experiencia en un entorno regulado (por ejemplo, Banca, Seguros).Conocimientos en procesos operativos de seguridad informática (parcheo, endurecimiento, gestión de vulnerabilidades) y en entornos en la nube (AWS, Azure).Fuertes habilidades en gestión de proyectos: capacidad para definir y hacer seguimiento de acciones, identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones.Conocimiento operativo en servidores web y de aplicaciones (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, JBOSS, etc.), hipervisores (VMware, Hyper-V) y plataformas Citrix.Capacidad de anticipar riesgos y mitigar su impacto o probabilidad.Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes.Dominio del inglés, tanto hablado como escrito, de forma fluida.Además, en K-LAGAN, queremos que disfrutes de toda la experiencia completa de ser parte de nuestro equipo, por ello ofrecemos:¡IMPRESCINDIBLE!
