¿Qué estamos buscando? Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro/nuestra futuro/futura Manager en Transformación Tecnológica para nuestra Dirección de Operaciones y Tecnología, con capacidad técnica para proponer y/o validar soluciones tecnológicas y autonomía para liderar proyectos.Hablemos del proyectoTu misión será impulsar el diseño y ejecución de iniciativas de transformación que ayude al Banco a cumplir con sus prioridades y en particular con sus prioridades en el ámbito tecnológico (Servicio a oficinas, modernización de aplicaciones, eficiencia, etc.). Las iniciativas de transformación son tanto de índole tecnológica como de otras naturalezas (de procesos, organizativas, etc.).En el día a día:Definición, validación, viabilidad de soluciones, ejecución, seguimiento y planificación de proyectos alineados con la visión de transformación del banco.Buscar soluciones que cumplan con los requerimientos del negocio, con enfoques tecnológicos sostenibles (consumo de recursos, mantenibilidad, etc...) y alineado con los frameworks de trabajo de Banc Sabadell.Liderar la correcta implantación de las soluciones definidas y desarrolladas en diferentes tecnologías y entornos.Responsabilidades:Realizar propuestas del ámbito de transformación para dar servicio tanto a clientes internos como externos.Gestión de dependencias y/o equipos externos, actuando de nexo de unión en las iniciativas transversales.Conceptualización de proyectos y diseño de la solución entendiendo la visión de negocio.Análisis y viabilidad de programas para proponer enfoques y soluciones en forma de proyectos – aterrizar y priorización de backlog en base a KPIs.Consolidación y reporting de la situación de ejecución del programa/iniciativas.Gestión financiera del proyecto o programa.Requisitos:Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería (Ingeniería Superior, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar).Disponer de conocimientos / experiencia mínima 5-6 años como Senior Project Manager de proyectos transversales donde se hayan entregado soluciones técnicas y/o transformación de entornos complejos (tecnológicos, procesos y organizativos).Conocimiento de nuevas tecnologías y sistemas. Desarrollo Web, implementación APIS/Micros, SPAs, AngularJS, Lowcode, etc.Persona flexible, con orientación al cliente y buena comunicación, con capacidad de negociación y gestión de situaciones complejas.Capacidad de aportar soluciones innovadoras a problemas complejos e impulsar el cambio dentro de la organización.Se valora:Conocimientos en tecnologías Legacy: Visual Basic, Visual C, Versiones Legacy Java.Conocimientos en Appian.Conocimiento del negocio bancario.
