We specialize in providing validation services for decentralized networks and are looking for a talented Information Security Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Cybersecurity Governance – Design and develop a new Cybersecurity Department.Network Protection – Implement Hybrid Anti-DDoS, Deception, NGFW, and micro-segmentation strategies.Vulnerability Management – Oversee vulnerability prioritization and SLA adherence.Identity and Access Management – Manage SoD, MFA, and automation processes.Application Security – Implement SSDLC, SAST, DAST, OWASP, and ISO/IEC 27034 standards.Cloud Security – Apply Zero Trust principles in a multi-cloud environment.Security Operations Center (SOC) – Develop and maintain SIEM and Threat Intelligence (TI) capabilities.Employee Security Awareness Automation – Implement training programs for initial onboarding, annual refreshers, and anti-phishing campaigns.Data Protection Impact Assessment – Ensure GDPR compliance and readiness.Certification & Audit Management – Lead certification and audit processes for ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, GDPR, SOX 404, and others.Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery – Establish and maintain business continuity and incident response plans.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.At least 5 years of experience in a senior security management role, with a proven track record of implementing security strategies and frameworks.Deep knowledge of security regulations, laws, and standards with a strong understanding of data protection and cybersecurity best practices.Strong expertise in security frameworks, incident response, risk assessment, and security audit processes.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate with senior management.Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to assess complex security challenges and develop effective solutions.Awareness of emerging security threats, trends, and new technologies affecting cybersecurity.
