About this opportunity : We are now looking for a 5G/4G Solution Architect, who will be able to Optimize 4G/5G NWs from an E2E perspective with strong knowledge in CN Optimization. As a solution architect, you will also be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.What you will do :Drive 5G/4G trials execution from an end-to-end perspective, engaging with other areas such as Core, Integration, and Transmission.5G/4G features and parameters baseline definition.5G/4G network end-to-end optimization.Knowledge acquisition from the PDU and knowledge transfer to the local optimization team.Scope, define, and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.Work with core team on a list of potential activities and solutions.Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations.Support deployment of solutions.Provide feedback to R&D.Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence build.You will bring :Education: Bachelor’s or higher in engineering.Minimum years of experience: 10 years working with network optimization and troubleshooting.Domain experience: E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, Packet Core, IMS, TCP/QUIC, and Routing.Understanding of OpenStack and Virtualization is a plus.Strong 5G/4G E2E and 3GPP knowledge.Layer 3 and call trace analysis.Data Analytics skills (like: Tableau, Excel, MySQL, etc).Tools knowledge: Performance Management, Wireshark, Tableau, etc.Consultative skills.Presentation & communication skills.Knowledge sharing.Problem Solving & critical thinking.Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations.Stakeholder management and customer engagement.Excellent customer relation skills.Innovative and creative spirit, and willing to take risks.Additional Requirements :Ability to travel, 25% or above.Worked in a Tier 1/2 Operator engineering/operations team is a plus.Proficiency with the English Language.Why join Ericsson? : At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
