Descripción del trabajo Jefe Proyectos H2Bilbao. Importante empresa de ámbito nacional, líder en ingeniería, tecnología y fabricación de equipos para el desarrollo de proyectos de H2 verde para la descarbonización de la industria y movilidad sostenible.Responsabilidades:Liderar y coordinar las distintas fases de los proyectos, asegurando su desarrollo y ejecución.Gestionar recursos, plazos y presupuestos, colaborando con distintos departamentos y proveedores.Supervisar calidad, costos y cumplimiento de objetivos, asegurando la viabilidad técnica y económica del proyecto y reportando avances a la dirección.Funciones:Dirigir y coordinar las actividades relacionadas con el análisis, desarrollo y evaluación de nuevos productos, así como la mejora y actualización de los existentes.Coordinar con distintos departamentos / oficinas para alcanzar la consecución de los objetivos de los proyectos (departamento de ingeniería, compras, control de proyecto, seguridad, calidad, construcción, etc).Gestionar recursos, plazos y carga de trabajo según las necesidades del proyecto.Supervisar desviaciones y activar acciones correctivas con los equipos involucrados.Reportar periódicamente el estado técnico y financiero del proyecto a la dirección.Controlar subcontrataciones, garantizando cumplimiento en costos, plazos y calidad.Realizar seguimiento en fábricas e instalaciones para resolver problemas y asegurar avances.Requisitos:Ingeniero de grado o máster (técnico o superior), preferentemente industrial o químico. Se valorará la formación PMP.Experiencia sobre los 10 años (ingeniero de proyectos-coordinador de ingeniería-jefe de proyecto o equivalentes), los últimos 3 años en puestos equivalentes.Profesional con experiencia en Oil & Gas, Petroquímica, o bien de áreas de ingeniería y / o fabricación de bienes de equipo electromecánicos.Se requiere de una persona con iniciativa, habilidades de gestión, automotivado, buen comunicador, con pensamiento creativo, capacidad de síntesis, empático y orientado al Cliente.Inglés alto.
